(1) Data Physics to provide all needed tools for this work.
(2) Install custom armature inserts.
(3) Confirm armature inserts are flat.
(4) Loosen trunnion bolts that connect the shaker to the ground.
(5) Confirm bolt position allows for shaker realignment. If bolt position does not allow for shaker realignment, then alignment is not possible without significant and costly work.
(6) Align shaker to slip table using manual methods.
(7) Tighten trunnion bolts.
(8) Confirmation of shaker alignment and shaker stroke length Attach both the 4022 and 5022 shakers to the slips table and physically move the slip table, laser measurement, high displacement sine sweep.
