Statement of Work for the Thermo Fisher Scientific HELIX-MC Service Contract
The Helix-MC is a noble gas mass spectrometer which is a key instrument in the Mid-Atlantic Noble Gas Research Lab (MNGRL). The Thermo Service Contract will provide the MNGRL lab with some key benefits and services including: one annual preventative visit (with service kits provided), priority access to field service technicians (both onsite and remotely), corrective maintenance, and a 10% discount on parts and accessories needed for maintenance or upgrades.
