STATEMENT OF WORK
1. Objective/Requirements
As part of IV&V analysis activities, it is the analyst’s job to sometimes perform code analysis. Tools, such as SciTools Understand, makes performing that job more efficient.
2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs
Scitools Understand’s capabilities which improve efficiencies, include the following:
• Navigate inherited code fast with Understand’s powerful search tools. See the relationships of functions, files, variables, etc.
• No matter whose code you’re dealing with, Understand’s suite of analysis tools makes it easy to jump right in and refactor spaghetti code.
• Quickly visualize complex legacy code with Understand’s dynamic graphs and diagrams. You’ll find that you can make better decisions when you visually understand your code.
