STATEMENT OF WORK

NATIONAL FIRE PREVENTION ASSOCIATION (NFPA) - 70E Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace Training - Period of Performance Dates

July 17-20, 2023

1. Objective/Requirements Objective is that this class is required every 3 years for affected employees who work with and write procedures for >50 Volt electrical work. For those who’ve already taken the class, they must take the newest class every 3 years as a refresher. It’s also the same class for those who have never taken the class and have become affected employees.

2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs

Vendor will provide the following duties:

Provide Instructor/Facilitator

Provide the learning session on‐site (face to face)

Provide course materials and any course work needed

Provide a designated support staff member to resolve technical issues and provide daily support

Provide completion roster

3. Place of Performance:

On-site (face to face). Training location TBD.

4. Period of Performance:

Two individual two day sessions will be held between the dates of July 17-20, 2023 CST daily.
