Johnson Space Center (JSC). The scope of the contract consists of data analysis utilizing Simulation Accelerator tools.

2.0 Management, Integration, and Control

2.1 Information Technology Security

The contractor shall submit for approval and maintain an IT security management program plan to be consistent, in form and content, with NIST SP 800-18, Guide for Developing Security Plans for Federal Information Systems, and any additions/augmentations described in NASA NPR 2810.1B, Security of Information Technology. This plan shall also address specifically how ITAR and proprietary data will be protected.

2.2 Status Reporting

The contractor shall submit monthly reports that include status of tasks in work and accomplishments.

The reports shall be submitted in contractor determined format.

2.3 Milestones

The contractor shall support the following milestones:

• July 30, 2023 – Data Exploration Briefing

• September 30, 2023 – Interim Status Briefing

• November 15, 2023 – Phase 1 Final Status Briefing

• April 30, 2024 – Final Briefing

2.4 Deliverables

The contractor shall submit the following as deliverables:

• Monthly status reports, due within 5 business days of end of each month.

• Data analysis report, due November 30, 2023, in contractor determined format.

• Briefing packages, due at each milestone above.

2.5 Assumptions

• NASA will provide Artemis trajectory data (CUI//SP-EXPT//SP-PROPIN) via a secure NASA cloud.

• ASRC Federal Advanced Research to be at company site for the period of performance.

3.0 Artemis Data Analysis

3.1 Phase 1: Data Exploration and Analysis

The contractor shall utilize its Simulation Accelerator tools to analyze the NASA provided data for Artemis mission availability. The analysis shall include determination of repeatability or patterns of the mission availability as influenced by Artemis vehicle performance, Earth/Moon/Sun geometry, and the applied mission screening criteria. In support of this task, This task will be accomplished using the following steps:

• Data exploration – assess data, explore statistical significance or trend.

• Hypothesis establishment.

• Data analysis.

The contractor shall submit a final data analysis report summarizing their findings. The final report shall include data analysis results and recommendation for how the results can be used to streamline future NASA mission availability analysis.
