STATEMENT OF WORK

Procurement of Manufacturing for Transfer Port Hardware

Manufacturing capability is being procured to be used at JSC for Transfer Port demonstrations. The parts should be manufactured according to the following details:

1. QTY 1 of part SP10013-301 – BULKHEAD FRAME ASSEMBLY should be constructed according to the attached drawing and subsequent parts list.

2. QTY 1 of part SP10037-301 – BULKHEAD HATCH ASSEMBLY should be constructed according to the attached drawing and subsequent parts list.

3. QTY 3 of part SP10018-301 – FLIPPER BASE ASSEMBLY, SUITPORT EVALUATION should be constructed according to the attached drawing and subsequent parts list.

4. QTY 3 of part SP10019-301 – FLIPPER LATCH ASSY should be constructed according to the attached drawing and subsequent parts list.

5. QTY 15 of part sp10021-001 – FLIPPER SHOULDER BUSHING should be constructed according to the attached drawing.

6. Utilize all drawing notes and specs called out in all drawings. Referenced documents are included in the attachment. CAD models of the parts are provided for reference.

7. The full assembly should be delivered to NASA Johnson Space Center and delivery fees should be part of the cost estimate along with an estimated lead time (8-10 weeks preferred).
