Specifications

The optical laser pulse characterization tool must meet the requirements below:

Must contain an autocorrelator as the base unit. The autocorrelator must be expandable to/compatible with Frequency- Resolved Optical Gating (FROG) components.

Autocorrelator must contain the following specifications:

Scan range: < 50 ps Measurable pulse width: < 50 fs to 15 ps (in MIR range < 100 fs)) Max. temporal delay resolution: 50 as @ 500 fs scan range Usable with laser repetition rates > 250 kHz

FROG components must have following specifications:

Wavelengths supporting optical ranges within 420nm to 1600nm Supports optical pulse widths >5 ps Support laser repetition rates > 250 kHz

Optical fiber coupling that supports entire 420nm to 1600nm range. With FC/PC connectors.

Photomultiplier tubes that perform within the 420 to 1600nm wavelength range.
