Specifications and Salient Characteristics for Intraoral scanner The intraoral scanner must be able to be integrated into a Planmeca dental unit and connect to PC.

The intraoral scanner must combine hyper-speed image capture with excellence in diagnostic capabilities all-in-one lightweight, easy-to-use unit.

The intraoral scanner must have 65 frames per second scanning speed.

The intraoral scanner must have Shade Assist technology which simplifies the color-matching process through improved color uniformity to remove the guesswork in matching restorations.

The intra oral scanner must operate natively within the Plameca Romexis software imagining platform & must include the following specifications:

· Integration: Integrated into a Planmeca dental unit and connect to a PC.

· Data output: Scans of lower and upper arches in occlusion exported as open STL and PLY files

· Scanning options: True colour

· Scanning tip: 2 autoclavable scanning tip options: Standard and SlimLine. Autoclavable Cariosity tip for caries detection

· Anti-fogging technology: Actively heated tip: Guaranteed non-fogging operation when used intraorally

· Light source: Red, green, and blue lasers

· Scanning technology: Projected pattern triangulation
