ATOM AO+
Gasket Cutter Optics

SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS
30 Jul 24
1. ATOM AO+ Intelliscanner with options (Qty: 1) (Contractor: Machines & Methods, Inc. Arif
Daud 425-681-8280), Product: ATOM AO+ Intelliscanner; shall each include the following requirements:
a. ATOM AO+ Intelliscanner compatible with Asset# 68438G1580 ATOM FlashCut 222 L12
b. Canon EOS 2000D Camera with operational software.
c. PC with pre-loaded software for file conversion to .dwg and .dxf files.
d. Installation and training conducted by Subject Matter Expert/technician.
e. Digital and hard copy of operation manual(s).
2. Complete and Useable Turn-Key Installation shall include the following:
a. On-site set-up/start-up and operational testing of the Gasket Cutter Optics
b. On-site Training (Operational, minimal 4 hrs and Maintenance, minimal 1 hrs).
NOTE: The government will receive and move into place the Gasket Cutter Optics, and connect utilities
3. NRTL Safety Certification Requirements:
a. Upon determination for the requirement; The equipment and its component parts shall be in compliance with applicable Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 29, Part 1910.
By definition, any equipment will be deemed acceptable and approved by TRF, Bangor, if it meets specific Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) conditions outlined in CFR Title 29, Part 1910; Subparts "O" and "S". Specifically, equipment will be "Accepted" by TRF, Bangor, if it has been inspected and found by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) to conform to specified plans or procedures of applicable codes.
b. Upon determination for the requirement; The equipment (as a whole system) shall be Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) inspected and certified (by an OSHA authorized third party). One “hard” copy of the NRTL certification report shall be provided. If the equipment type/model has already been NRTL inspected and certified, a certification report (one “hard” copy for the ATOM AO+ Intelliscanner shall be provided) or sticker documentation mounted on the equipment, (which acknowledges it is NRTL certified), shall be provided.
