Hazmat storage building size: 20’ to 21’ wide, 8’ deep, 8’ to 9’ high
2 hour fire rating with a double walled construction of 12/14 gauge welded steel, Spill containment minimum of 650 gallons
Grated floors rated at 300LB PSF
Minimum 2 full opening doors with three point locks 56” wide x 82” high
R11 insulation
2 explosion proof Led lighting inside controlled by switch, mounted on upper back wall near the ceiling.
1 non explosion proof photocell light on front of unit
Explosion proof heater 12k BTU of greater with thermostat
Explosion proof air conditioner 19,500 BTU or better
10 each secondary containment shelves
UL & FM approved ABC dry chemical fire suppression system with manual pull station and alarm (steel enclosure for dry chemicals and controls)
Minimum 4 Explosion relief panels
2 way forklift pockets
Seismic tie downs
