RFQ: S5121A-19-Q-0017
DCMA-TD Quality Assurance Engineer Skillset Training
Q. Is the number the number of students or times per year?
A. The number represents number of students requiring training for the period of performance specified.
Q. What is the place of performance?
A. Paragraph C.1.3 of the PWS states: Place of Performance. Contractor provided or designated facilities and or other venues that are advantageous to the Government’s overall cost. Specific location is unknown and will be determined at time of award.
Q . Are there incumbent contractors? If so, would you please provide their contact information?
The training requirement is not currently on contract.
Q. There appears to be a preference for a Hub Zone under the contract terms and conditions. Do you anticipate a set/aside?
The RFQ is posted as unrestricted, no set-asides.
Q. The solicitation states, “As a minimum, instructor shall be ASQ QAE certified have five years of instructor experience.” Must this be five years of QAE instructional experience or can it include other instructional experience for a total of five years or more, if the person is ASQ QAE certified?
A. “As a minimum, instructor shall be ASQ CQE certified and have five years of instructor experience.”
The instructor experience should include teaching related technical material.
