DCMA General Counsel Training Symposium

Q. Can you confirm if the 95 person meeting is for Wednesday and Thursday or Wednesday and Friday?

(4) The conference/training facility shall provide one meeting space adequate to accommodate all ninety-five (95) attendees on between Wednesday and Friday during the week of GCATS 2019, starting at 6:45 A.M. and concluding at 6:00 P.M. Besides this one meeting space, on Wednesday and Thursday during the week of GCATS 2019, starting at 6:45 A.M.

and concluding at 6:00 P.M., the conference/training facility shall provide three (3) separate rooms/meeting spaces for breakout sessions. Each breakout room should be able to accommodate at least fifty (50) attendees. These breakout rooms should provide the same level of IT support and related audio-visual equipment that are afforded with the general meeting space for the gathering of ninety-five (95) attendees.

A. All 95 Attendees will be present for training starting at 6:45 A.M. Wednesday through noon Friday.

Q. Also, do you have an itinerary to share so we ensure to accommodate all needed meeting rooms?

A. We do not have a confirmed itinerary at this time. However, the facility should be able to accommodate the number of listed attendees for break out session on Wednesday and Thursday as indicated in the RFQ.
