Bid Item 1: Base Bid

Description:

This is a multi-phased project that will remove and replace approximately 7,300 square foot of corridor flooring and base on the Second Floor of the main Medical Center. Work includes General trades; no Mechanical or Electrical scope is required. Approximately 2,090 square foot of hazardous material abatement is included in the scope. Work includes all labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform the required construction work on this Project. All work to be done during evenings and weekends.
