About this file

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for steam regulator repair and installation services at the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System in California. The solicitation (36C26225Q0378) is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 238220 with a size standard of $19.5 million.

The scope requires replacement and installation of a 4-inch steam regulator with 150 PSI rating, 25P pressure pilot (20-100 PSI rating), and four spiral wound gaskets. The period of performance is February 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025, with work to be scheduled on weekends to minimize impact. Questions are due January 31, 2025 at 11:00 AM MDT, and quotes are due February 7, 2025 at 11:00 AM MDT. Award will be based on price, past performance, and technical capabilities, with price being the most important factor. The contractor must possess a C-4 license and 30-hour OSHA safety certification.
