Dr Uzel will use these specific flurochrome-conjugated antibodies because they are the only on that are accepcitabloe for this experimenmt of staining Patent B and T cell populations. We will use these antibodies to measure intracellular phosphorylated proteins such as pSTAT1, PSTAT3 and pSTAT5 from patents with CTLA4 mutation. It is very important that we use these specific antibodies in order to maintain consistany in or research as we cannot change the variables without compromising the integrity of the results.
