Questions and Answers OpenText Software Renewals
National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID0 Solicitation ID: RFQ-RML-2006229
2/18/2020
Q1. Paragraph (c) on page 1 of the Provisions and Clauses document states that offerors agree to hold prices firm for 90 days. Because the renewal is so close to expiration, OpenText will not hold the price firm for that period of time and will increase it on March 1. How are the vendors to address this issue in their bids?
A1. If a vendor quotes time-limited pricing, NIAID expects the vendor will also provide pricing that will be firm for 90 days in the event renewal occurs after March 1.
