AUTOCLAVE REQUIREMENTS

(Equal to BMT Sterivap Steam Sterilizer: Model SP6612-1)

· Double Microprocessor controls with double instrumentation for maximum load safety

· 8.2” Color touch screen operator interface

· 316L Stainless steel chamber and 316Ti jacket with 15 year non-prorated warranty

· Hinged fascia panels with key lock for ease in maintenance access

· All stainless steel frame – needed for corrosion resistance

· Mechanical vacuum pump for consistent vacuum performance

· Water conservation for up to 75% reduced water consumption

· Space saving design-less floor space required

· Automatic Motor driven precision sliding doors – vertical or horizontal – not swinging.

· High grade non-proprietary components

· Double pressure sensors ensure the no pressure inside the chamber before unlocking of doors can occur.

· Custom manufactured so that all serviceable parts are on the right side of the unit

· Stainless steel chamber piping

· Pneumatic valves constructed from brass

· Up to 7 validated preprogramed cycles with at least these cycles: Dry Goods Cycle with Vacuum drying; Dry Goods Cycle with Pulsed Air/Vacuum drying; Solution cycle with gravity air removal/ramped exhaust; Solution cycle with air over-pressure/jacket water cooling.

· Up to 20 total cycles available with unlimited cycle storage utilizing the chip card system

· 4.5” wide printer with digital and graphic print out

· Dual temperature sensors to provide precise control, evaluation and regulation of temperature inside the chamber and to ensure sterility has been achieved.

· Dual absolute pressure sensors for precise control of pressure and vacuum inside the chamber and pressure inside the jacket and to ensure sterility has been achieved.

· Optional load probe for solution cycles

· Internal dimensions minimum: 25” (w) x 27” (h) x 52” (d)

· External dimensions maximum: 52” (w) x 75 (h) x 63” (d) – must fit into a pre-existing room with no modifications.

· Chamber volume minimum: 21.5 cubic feet (610 liters)
