c. No, since contractor personnel will have escorted access, Standard Form 86 (SF-86) is not required.

Q3. What are the total hours for the project? The RFQ states 520 hours, but the requirement is for 12 months of work. What are the hours required per week, month and total for 12 months?

A3. The Task Order specifies a Time-and-Material Contract for twelve (12) months with different deliverables. Deliverables 1-4 start immediately upon contract award, and are due 180 days after contract award. The contractor shall not exceed 520 hours over the potential twelve (12) month Period of Performance.

Q4. Can the past performance of our key personnel be used in the proposal response?

A 4. Past performance of key personnel should be addressed in Volume II in the quote, as described in the RFQ, page 12.
