Request for Quote
Street Smarts Virtual Reality
Hill Air Force Base, UT
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FA820121R1896 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 and its supplements.
This is a 100% Small-Business Set-Aside announcement filed under NAICS code 423490 with small business size standard of 150 Employees and Product Supply Code 6920. This acquisition calls for VR hardware training and Software license package IAW the attached SOW and Specifications sheet.
The anticipated CLIN structure of the resulting award will reflect:

VR hardware training and Software license package IAW the attached SOW and
Specifications sheet.
• All CLINs will be established on a firm fixed price basis.
• All proposals must indicate if the vendor can achieve delivery within 30 days after receipt of contract. If this delivery is not practicable, vendors must propose an alternate delivery schedule.
Selection of awardee will include comparative analysis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluation of Quotations and Offers, giving value to: price (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable);
meeting specifications in product description; and, delivery within the specified timeframe.
Any exceptions to Product Description dated 14 April 2021 must be identified in quote. By submitting a quote, the contractor agrees to all stipulations in the purchase specification unless specified as an exception in the quote.
**The due date for all proposals is 14 June, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.** All questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted by 11 June, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. to allow for the Government to assess the inquiry and provide a response.
