Attachment 1 – Information Sheet

Description of Service: This requirement covers the handling DOD exported and imported cargo. The

Contractor shall be capable of meeting initial mission requirements which encompass ability to receive cargo at any pier at the port of Esbjerg, unload all modes of conveyance, set up staging lots utilizing a

Government provided staging plan, and prepare cargo for loading the vessel utilizing a Government provided stow plan. Additionally, the Contractor will discharge Government owned cargo from its stowed location aboard a vessel, stage cargo for onward, and load cargo on inland modes of transportation. The Contractor shall be required to provide high op-tempo S&RTS services, including all labor, material, and equipment per all requirements stated in the PWS at the port referenced above. The

Contractors’ services shall cover the full spectrum of ocean terminal operations to include discharging and loading simultaneously, multiple types of vessels, trucks and railcars, operating staging and call forward areas including designated areas or facilities for washing or fumigation of imported or exported cargo and in-transit storage or warehousing.

Period of Performance: 1 April 2021 – 30 September 2022

Hours of Operation: The contractor may be required to perform services 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week, 365 days per year to include all official holidays.

Security Related to Personnel: If the Government notifies the Contractor that the employment or the continued employment of any Contractor employee is prejudicial to the interests or endangers the security of the United States of America, the Contractor shall make any changes necessary in the appointment(s).
