FT-IR SPECTROMETER SYSTEM

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

1.0 BACKGROUND

B43 (Precision Sensing Branch) is responsible for making laboratory characterization measurements of imaging sensor systems. Required lab measurements include characterization of the SWIR and MWIR spectral response of the detector arrays. In order to perform comparable spectral measurement for verification testing, there is a need for B43 to procure a broad-spectrum (Fourier Transform Infrared) FT-IR spectrometer system. The spectrometer system identified is the Bruker Scientific Invenio-X FT-IR Spectrometer System. The system needs to be delivered and installed in the B43 lab. This SOW covers the requirements for installation and setup of the FT-IR Spectrometer System and initial training on the system operation.
