Required Deliverables: Inability to provide any of the following must be clearly identified or negotiated in the quote prior to order.
Optics
1. Final Production Parts per the quantity ordered
2. Witness samples coated during the final production run for customer to perform Laser Induced Damage Testing (LIDT) and optical absorption measurements
a. same substrate as the production parts
b. minimum quantity 2
c. minimum 1” diameter and 0.25” thickness
Data Package:
1. Wavefront Error (WFE) measured per the specified orientation: Reflected or Transmitted wavefront error at the specified AOI.
a. Only Piston and Tilt terms allowed to be removed.
b. Electronic copy of data file from measurement instrument (for example, *.dat from the Zygo interferometer)
2. Spectral performance measured per the specified Reflection or Transmission over the specified wavelength band
a. Measurements must cover the specified band +/- 25%. For example, if the pass band in transmission is 400 to 700 nm, the measurement must cover 300 to 875 nm.
b. Electronic copy of data file that can be opened in Excel (tab or comma delimited)
3. Test Report from the specified durability requirements testing on Abrasion, Adhesion, and Humidity.
Tentative:
4. Surface inspection map of each optical surface identifying scratches-digs or defects, pre- and post-coating.
5. Surface roughness measured in a minimum two perpendicular traces across the specified clear aperture, post-coating.
