We encourage all businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), along with large businesses to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.

1. Based on the attached spreadsheet of installations and dwelling units, is this enough information for industry to accurately price all CONUS installations?

1. If it’s not enough information, what else does your company feel like it needs?

1. Assumptions made are:

2. Specific order/sequence of the installations is unknown and won’t be known until further into the performance of the contract.

2. Specific square footage of the multiple dwelling types in not available.

2. If your company needs to travel to the installation to perform the inspections, all allowable travel costs will be invoiced under the cost-reimbursable travel CLIN and should not be factored into the cost of the inspections.

2. OCONUS locations will be priced separately and negotiated post-award.
