Wireless Cellular Detection System Warranty

1.0 Introduction/Background:

The Security and Counterintelligence Directorate’s Technical Security Branch is requesting the purchase of a Wireless Cellular System Maintenance Support and System

Warranty

2.0 Scope:

Provide Annual Technical Maintenance Support for Cellular Detection System

3.0 Applicable Documents

4.0 Objectives:

Annual Technical Maintenance Support for 148 WS1002 sensors and WLS Connect

Software Licenses.

5.0 Tasks or Requirements

Vendor shall have online support that includes trouble tickets, user guides and FAQs.

Level 1 support can be initiated online or by phone. Level 2 is currently supported by

Customer service group, and Level 3 support is provided by Senior Engineering Team.

Hours of operation are 8:00 am – 6:00 EST. Annual Maintenance and Support encompasses both new Software releases and access to Support. Customer Support Reps are available 24x7 online or by phone.

6.0 Other: Not Applicable

7.0 Period of Performance: Base plus four (4) one-year option periods

8.0 Place of Performance: Defense Threat Reduction Agency

9.0 Travel: Onsite support will not be needed.

10.0 Government Furnished Property or Equipment (GFP/GFE): None

11.0 Security:

DoD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications, is not required for this contract. J0XS52 does require any contractor that arrives on site in performance of this contract to be US citizen and to be free of foreign ownership control and influence.

When the contractor requires access into the DTRA facility, the government will provide an escort and contractor must provide two forms of picture identification when entering the DTRC facility.

12.0 Section 508:

Unless exemption(s) at FAR 39.204 applies, the contractor shall conform to accessibility requirements provided in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act amendments of 1998 to ensure IT accessibility to disabled persons.

13.0 Deliverables DD 1423, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL):

The contractor shall provide deliverables in accordance with the Contract Data

Requirements Lists (CDRLs) DD Form 1423.
