STRONGROOM FURNITURE INSTALL

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

1.0 BACKGROUND

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) requires labor and materials for the set up and installation of privacy pod in Building 180 to accommodate the workspace for 104 network admins in support of their daily work functions.

2.0 APPLICABLE DOCUMENT

2.1 Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Regulations;

2.2 Center for Disease Control (CDC) Guidelines;

2.3 Local, State, and Federal safety, electrical, and building codes; and

2.4 Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Specifications.

3.0 REQUIREMENTS

3.1 The Contractor shall provide furniture to meet the following specifications:

3.2 The Contractor shall provide all the equipment, labor, and materials required to deliver, assemble and install all the furniture above in building 180, room 130 at the NSWCDD.

3.3 The Contractor shall be responsible for properly disposing of any shipping and packaging material associated with the furniture.

3.4 The Contractor shall protect Government property from damage or disfigurement.

3.5 The Contractor shall keep all supplies, equipment, and tools out of traffic lanes or other areas where they may create a hazard.

3.6 At the end of each work period, the Contractor shall secure all supplies, equipment and tools.

3.7 The Contractor shall perform all work during normal working hours of 0800-1700, Monday through Friday.

3.8 The Contractor personnel shall wear personal protective equipment in accordance with (IAW) OSHA regulations and CDC guidelines throughout the project.

3.9 The Contractor shall coordinate with the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) below to accomplish all work under this SOW.

4.0 GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED PROPERTY/MATERIAL/INFORMATION

(GFP/GFM/GFI)

The Government will provide the Contractor access to the NSWCDD building 180, room 130 to perform the work prescribed in this SOW.

5.0 SECURITY

All work to be performed under this SOW is UNCLASSIFIED.

6.0 TRAVEL

The contractor will be required to travel in performance of this contract. The number of trips and types of personnel traveling shall be limited to the minimum required to accomplish work requirements and shall be coordinated with the technical point of contact. All travel shall be conducted in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR). The following travel is anticipated: Four (4) personnel for five (5) days to Dahlgren, VA.
