LYNXSECURE

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

1.0 BACKGROUND

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Strategic and Computing Systems Department (A), Strategic Systems Analysis & Assurance (A10) and the Strategic Systems Design & Implementation (A20) Divisions require consulting and support services for LynxSecure separation kernel hypervisor, a product made by Lynx Software Technologies, Inc.

2.0 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS

2.1 Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Specifications.

3.0 REQUIREMENTS

3.1 The Contractor shall provide a quantity of two (2) each of Production License: LYNX MOSA.ic for Avionics - Tier 3, part number P-MFA-TIER-3, and LYNX MOSA.ic for Avionics - Subscription - Commercial - One Geo - Floating - Premium Support, part number D-MFA-SUB-

COMM-1F.

3.2 The Contractor shall provide the one year of technical support for the LynxSecure Mosa.ic to include the following:

3.2.1 The Contractor shall provide technical support to assist in installation of LynxSecure Mosa.ic on applicable hardware, including installation in a virtual environment.

3.2.2 The Contractor shall support technical questions for the product via phone calls and email as needed within the 12-month contract period.

3.3 The Contractor shall provide a web-based training for up to five (5) personnel on LynxSecure Mosa.ic in the following areas:

3.3.1 MOSA.ic framework, overview, and components

3.3.2 LynxSecure overview, concepts, and device drivers

3.4 The Contractor shall provide additional technical support, up to 16 hours of time of a Senior Software Developer.

3.4.1 The Senior Software Developer shall answer technical questions via email or phone call as directed by the technical point of contact.

3.4.2 The Senior Software Developer shall be available to dial into teleconferences as scheduled by the technical point of contact to answer technical questions regarding LynxSecure Mosa.ic

3.5 The Contractor shall provide additional technical support, up to 8 hours of time of a Software Architect.

3.5.1 The Software Architect shall answer technical questions via email or phone call as directed by the technical point of contact.

3.5.2 The Software Architect shall be available to dial into teleconferences as scheduled by the technical point of contact to answer technical questions regarding LynxSecure Mosa.ic.

3.6 The Contractor shall coordinate with the technical point of contact (TPOC) identified below to complete this work.

4.0 TRAVEL

The Contractor will be required to travel in performance of this contract. The number of trips and types of personnel traveling shall be limited to the minimum required to accomplish work requirements and shall be coordinated with the technical point of contact. All travel shall be conducted in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR). The following travel is anticipated: one (1) personnel to the NSWCDD located in Dahlgren, Virginia.
