About this file
This memorandum documents a justification for limiting competition under the simplified acquisition threshold for a training voucher solicitation. The United States Army Regional Cyber Center Southwest Asia requires a brand name purchase of an INFOSEC Institute training voucher for approximately $40,000. The voucher will provide boot camp courses, pre-study materials, on-demand training access, and exam retakes for 40 to 60 personnel to fulfill Department of Defense cyber roles and maintain required certifications during typical 12-month assignments.
