Statement of Work

Grand Coulee Range Upgrade

1.0 Project Background

The Bureau of Reclamation, Denver Security Division located in Denver, Colorado, has a requirement to upgrade the firearms range at Grand Coulee Dam.

2.0 Description of Hardware

Contractor shall uninstall existing equipment salvaging all reusable equipment, install all required infrastructure and new equipment that meets or exceeds all salient characteristics listed in Section 3.0 below. All items will be new/unused condition and have full manufacturer warranty. All equipment must be fully operational to manufacturer specifications.

3.0 Salient Characteristics

50-yard Range:

1. (12) Fixed Turning Target Stands Requires: 120v, 60 HZ, 16 FLA

2. Dual Running Man Pro- DRM PRO, Requires: Single Phase 200-240v (50/60HZ) 20A

3. 12 Bobber Xtreme Targets, Requires: 12V / < 100mA

4. 1 Ballistic Knee Wall, Rifle rated knee wall to protect all targets

100-yard Range:

5. 6 Fixed Turning Target Stands, Requires: 120v, 60 HZ, 16 FLA

6. 1 Ballistic Knee Wall, Rifle rated knee wall to protect all targets

7. 100-yard concrete pad to be expanded by 2-4 feet depth for the base of knee wall

All items:

8. Trusted Partner 3 Year Warranty: Comprehensive Trusted Partner Warranty covers both parts and labor due to manufacturing or product defects.

9. DEMO of all existing targets and knee wall materials

10. Independent target control

11. Computerized scenarios and exposure times

12. All electrical power requirements to be installed

13. Wireless remote tablet control with Touch Screen Master Control

14. Test and function check all target systems, correct all errors prior to turnover

15. On-site training of BOR personnel on operation and basic maintenance

4.0 Delivery

All equipment will be delivered and installed within 180 days of contract award at:

Bureau of Reclamation HWY 155, Warehouse B, Door 6 Grand Coulee, WA 99155 C/O Nate Stull

These are secure facilities. Delivery must be coordinated by phone at least 24 hours in advance with the designated point of contact (provided after contract award). All vehicles, equipment and personnel are subject to inspection prior to entry to the compound.
