SCOPE

The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and parts necessary to provide a one-time repair of eleven various pieces of test equipment in support of the 309th Electronic Maintenance Group (309 EMXG). The spare parts support test stands located in the 523rd Electronic Maintenance Squadron, Microwave Shop (Building 100, Bay A), Hill Air Force Base, Utah 84056.

BASIC SERVICES

The contractor shall repair eleven various pieces of test equipment, bringing them to a fully functional, calibrated state in accordance with OEM standards These items are outlined in Appendix B.

The government will ship the defective pieces of equipment to the contractor’s facility for repair.

Once repairs are completed, the contractor shall perform a functionality check and calibration in accordance with OEM standards. The contractor shall provide individual certificates of calibration.). (CDRL A001) After all repairs and calibrations are completed, the contractor shall ship the repaired units back to Hill AFB.

The contractor shall provide a standard commercial warranty on repaired units so that the government can ensure the original failures have been corrected and that units function properly for our applications.

CONTRACT DATA REQUIREMENTS LIST (CDRL)

Contract information data shall be delivered, as assigned by the Ordering Activity, electronically IAW the corresponding requirement for each Data Item listed in Table 4.1 (below). The contractor shall submit CDRLs according to the due date indicated.

GENERAL INFORMATION

QUALITY CONTROL

In performing work under this contract, the contractor shall:

· Refer to the CO any matter concerning a change to the scope, prices, terms, or conditions of this contract.

GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY (GFP)

The Government will provide a document at the time of proposal and when award is made that indicates all GFP by model number, serial number and quantity.

The contractor is liable for any loss, damage, destruction, or theft of GFP after the contractor receives the GFP and is returned to the Government.

The contractor is responsible for returning all GFP to the Government after repair is complete at the destination specified in the contract, FOB destination unless directed otherwise in writing by the CO.
