Meals are served from 1045 to 1230 each RSD. Meal service schedule is subject to change. Contractor will be notified as soon as possible in advance if a meal service schedule change will impact contractor work hours. Depart times may vary based on workload. All required tasks must be completed by 1530 each night, any incomplete items not completed by 1530 will be documented and acknowledged by the supervisor.

Incomplete items will result in consideration being provided by the Contractor to the Government. On occasion, RSDs will be consolidated and services may be required for more than two (2) days in a row. Specific RSD dates for each calendar year will be provided to the contractor as soon as they are available for planning purposes. RSD dates are subject to change. The Government will coordinate schedule changes with contractor with as much advance notice as possible, but no less than two (2) weeks in advance.
