Performance Work Statement For

BW-1 Engine Oil Flow Tester

1.0. Description of Services. The contractor shall provide all required components, software updates, and repair services of the BW-1 Engine Oil Flow Testing System (PN 1093009).

1.1. Repairs. The contractor shall repair the Displayed Average Noise Level (DANL) function, to include necessary components and software updates.

1.2. System Requirements. The proposed repairs shall meet or exceed the following capabilities.

• Comply with and meet equipment requirements of T.O. 33K6-4-3237-1. Must be able to be calibrated to read pressure from 0 to 30 psig, flow from 0 to 50 pph, and temperature from 0 to 200 degrees fahreneheit.Shall be fully operational.

• Shall maintain the currently programmed capabilities.

1.3. Location of Repairs. Work shall be accomplished at the contractor’s place of business.

1.4. Equipment Delivery and Return. The contractor is responsible for the cost of delivering the microwave measurement system to Davis-Monthan AFB.

1.5. Additional Repairs. The contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer of any additional necessary repairs and recommend corrective action. The contractor shall not perform additional repairs without prior approval of the Contracting Officer and the issuance of a contract modification.

1.6. Workmanship. All repairs shall be performed to the highest standards of the trade and shall conform to all codes governing that trade. All work performed shall be in accordance with all requirements of the State of Arizona and local codes.

1.7. Documentation, Manuals. The contractor shall provide all manuals and warranty information for new parts.
