Purchase Description
Upgrade of Accelerometer Calibration System
Background:
The Accelerometer Calibration Workstation is utilized to maintain and calibrate the accelerometers used during dynamic tests performed by the Platform Integration Division. The calibration system performs a back to back comparison with a national standards calibrated accelerometer over the desired frequency range which typically is 5 to 10,000 Hz. The calibration system is a critical piece of equipment for meeting the dynamic test mission of the Platform Integration Division. The purpose of the upgrade is to bring the calibration system into compliance with the Army Windows 10 requirement and the TPM 2.0 requirement. Currently, the calibration system is a stand-alone system.
Performance Requirements:
The contractor shall provide and install the hardware and software upgrade for the 9155D Accelerometer Calibration Workstation. Once installed, the instrument shall be ready to use and compatible with up-to-date operating systems on stand-alone computers.
