(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The Requisition number is: PSC150322 and is issued as a Request for Quote

(RFQ).

(iii) This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-78.

(iv) The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 812930, and the small business size standard is $35.5M. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard.

(v) The PROGRAM SUPPORT CENTER (PSC) is soliciting to lease One Hundred

Fifty (150) unreserved parking spaces located at within ¼ mile from the Switzer

Building.

(vi) Description of Requirement:

The Program Support Center (PSC) is requesting the purchase of 150 commercial parking spaces located within ¼ mile of the Switzer Building (330 C Street SW in

Washington, D.C. 20024) on behalf of HHS employees to avoid a significant impairment to the Agency’s operational efficiency. Such parking spaces must be located within ¼ of a mile from the Switzer Building. Must have a minimum Hours of Operation from: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

(x) Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror

Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (NOV 2014), with its offer or acknowledge its listing in the System for Award Management (SAM) website.

(xi) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items

(DEC 2014), applies to this acquisition.
