U.S Air Force Product Description and Specifications Handheld 3D Scanner
DAVIS, MICHAEL A NH-03 USAF AFMC OO-ALC/EN
Description and Specifications for Handheld 3D Scanner
Handheld 3D scanner with inspection accessories, control module and software for the Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) Innovation Center.
Scanner Capabilities Specifications:
· Hand held
· Accuracy of .025 mm
· 1.3 million measurements per second
· 11 blue laser crosses
· Capable of measuring large parts up to 4 meters in size
· Compatible with the software listed below Required Accessories:
· Control Module with a minimum of 17” screen. Sufficient memory and processing power to run associated software. Including the following or equivalent:
· Windows 10
· 64GB RAM
· 16GB GPU VRAM
· NVIDIA graphics card: NVIDIA Quadro 5200 or better
· Quad core CPU minimum clock speed 3.0 GHz
· 500 GB HD solidstate
· External Batteries
· (1) External Battery (ACC-CRE-EBAT) or equivalent
· (1) External Battery (ACC-CRE-BAT24V) or equivalent
· Portability kit including: carrying case, and mobile desk.
· (2) Virtual control remote 10 inch control module for visual confirmation away from main module
· (2) different 8m Data Cables
· (1) (ACC H3D CAU8BLA USB 3.0) or equivalent
· (1) (ACC H3D-CUSB8) or equivalent
· 1 License of Geomagic Design X and Control X (dongle license preferred)
· 1 License of Solidworks Professional.
· Associated 3D Scanning and Software training for a minimum of 4 individuals.
CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS
Delivery:
The contractor shall deliver the equipment to the following address located at Hill Air Force Base:
OO-ALC/ EN
7278 4th Street Bldg. 100, Bay D Attn: Michael Davis Hill AFB UT 84056-5825
Note: All training must be completed within 12 months.
Warranty:
The contractor shall provide a minimum 1 year warranty which warrants all products provided under this contract, under normal use, free from defects in materials and workmanship and that system will perform its design function for a period of no less than one (1) year. Warranty period to start from date of final acceptance of each unit/system. Any defects in materials or workmanship or failure of any product or component to perform its designed function during the warranty period shall be fixed by the contactor at no additional cost to the Government.
