About this file
This is a price schedule template for the John Ward Creek Bridge Replacement project at Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park, managed by the National Park Service's Denver Service Center. The schedule contains 16 Contract Line Items (CLINs) covering bridge construction elements including mobilization, concrete work, reinforcing steel, piling, bridge construction and demolition, site grading, fencing, and environmental protection measures. Key items include 6 cubic yards of Class A concrete, 800 pounds of reinforcing steel, 240 linear feet of piling, and various quantities of riprap, fencing, and grassing work.
The template requires offerors to submit pricing for all base and option line items, with prices to be rounded to whole dollars. Bidders must provide unit prices and extended totals where applicable, with unit prices governing in case of calculation errors. The schedule includes space for overhead and profit to be added to the base price. All measurement and payment details are referenced in Division 01 Specifications Section 01 27 00.
