About this file

This notice provides information about an upcoming indefinite delivery contract for the repair of ALR-56M Radio Frequency Switches. The Air Force Sustainment Center intends to issue a firm fixed price, five-year IDIQ contract with one-year ordering periods to Ultra-Herley Industries, Inc. for repair services. The contract would cover 149 switches initially with additional quantities ordered over four subsequent one-year ordering periods totaling 190 switches. Repairs are needed for switches used on F-16C/D and C-130J aircraft. The government asserts it only has one responsible source for these repairs due to lack of data rights. While the notice is not a request for proposals, all responsible sources may submit capability statements for consideration. An ombudsman is available to address any concerns regarding the acquisition.
