Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst Contracts Department intends to purchase one (1) year software license from The QT Company for Enterprise Level Application Development, Part Number S8240-1YR, in support of the E2 program. This action will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis.
The Application Development software license includes a dedicated, supported development host, and deployment target platforms for application use cases. This software is presently integrated into multiple systems under life cycle support by PMA231.
The government intends to award this requirement under the authority of 41 USC 1901 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Test Program for Certain Commercial Items). Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be available for this procurement.
