This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Instructions to Offerors

FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. As prescribed in FAR 12.301(c), the following addendum is provided for this solicitation and hereby amends any language therein:

(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:

- The Government will award a FFP contract to the offeror with the lowest technically acceptable price. The offeror shall be determined technically acceptable and available for consideration of award if all brand name supplies required by this solicitation are quoted. Only new equipment will be accepted. Re-manufactured or grey market items will not be accepted.

All items must include a manufacturer's warranty and be stated in their quote.

- Not all offers will be evaluated for technical acceptability. The lowest price offer will be evaluated, if the offer is determined technically acceptable, no other offers will be evaluated for technical acceptability. If the lowest price is not technically acceptable, the second lowest price will be reviewed. So on and so forth.

FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items with alternate I applies to this acquisition; the offeror verifies by submission of their offer that the representation and certifications currently posted electronically at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, have been entered or updated in the last 12 months, are current, accurate, complete, and applicable to this solicitation.
