Software Integration Lab (SIL) Hardware Requirements

CIP Tracking #L1TE08

Ideal Aerosmith Two-Axis Table System and Controller Assembly Units

21 June 2021

1.0 DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide to the 581 SWES, 402 Software Engineering

Group, in support of the 402 Electronics Maintenance Group (EMXG), Robins Air Force Base, GA, two (2) each 2102C-18-SR48 series Two-Axis Table Systems with (2) AERO 3500 Controller Assembly units manufactured by Ideal Aerosmith, Inc. These items are needed for use with the Versatile Diagnostic Test Station (VDATS). No contractor installation is required.

1.1 The Contractor shall provide the following items.

1.2 Warranty: The Contractor shall provide the manufacturer’s standard to include at a minimum a 12-month warranty beginning upon Government receipt of all items.

2.0 Delivery: Contractor shall provide FOB Destination delivery no later than 5 months after receipt of order to the address below.

3.0 Government Furnished Property (GFP): None.

5.0 Affirmative Procurement Programs (APP) In accordance with FAR 23.404(b)(1), 100% of purchases of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-designated products included in the Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines (CPG) list [https://www.epa.gov/smm/comprehensive-procurement-guideline-cpg-program] and/or United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)-designated products included in the bio-based product listings [http://www.biopreferred.gov] shall meet the EPA or USDA standards for recovered materials or bio based content, respectively, unless an item cannot be acquired competitively within a realistic timeframe, meet appropriate performance standards, and/or be acquired at a reasonable price.

5.1 In accordance with FAR 23.404(a)(iii), the Contractor shall provide estimates and verification of recovered material for EPA-designated CPG products and certification for both EPA-designated CPG products and USDA-designated bio based products. In accordance with the Robins AFB Green Procurement Program (GPP) Plan, the Contractor shall provide estimates and certifications to the Government for completion of the applicable attachment(s) to be included in the Purchase Request (PR) package.
