#02. VDATS TYONEK
04 October 2022
1.0 DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide to the 402d Electronics Maintenance Group (EMXG), Robins Air Force Base, GA, VDATS DA test station parts manufactured by Tyonek Engineering & Agile Manufacturing, DBA TEAMCOR. No contractor installation is required.

1.2 Contractor shall provide the manufacturer’s standard warranty beginning on the date of acceptance of all items.
2.0 DELIVERY: The contractor shall deliver Item 1 (Calibration ITA) and Item 2 (Self-Test ITA) listed in paragraph 1.1 no later than 10 months after contract award to the address listed below. Item 3 (DA Cable Sets), the DA Cable Sets, require an accelerated delivery date NLT 1 January 2023 to the address listed below:

3.0 Affirmative Procurement Programs (APP). In accordance with FAR 23.404(b)(1), 100% of purchases of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-designated products included in the Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines (CPG) list [https://www.epa.gov/smm/comprehensive- procurement-guideline-cpg-program] and/or United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)- designated products included in the bio-based product listings [http://www.biopreferred.gov] shall meet the EPA or USDA standards for recovered materials or bio based content, respectively, unless an item cannot be acquired competitively within a realistic timeframe, meet appropriate performance standards, and/or be acquired at a reasonable price.
In accordance with FAR 23.404(a)(iii), the Contractor shall provide estimates and verification of recovered material for EPA-designated CPG products and certification for both EPA-designated CPG products and USDA-designated bio based products. In accordance with the Robins AFB Green Procurement Program (GPP) Plan, the Contractor shall provide estimates and certifications to the Government for completion of the applicable attachment(s) to be included in the Purchase Request (PR) package.
