About this file
This document outlines packaging requirements for three signal distribution panel/circuit card items. The packaging must comply with Mil-STD 129 revision R and Mil-STD 2073-1 revision E standards. Wood packaging materials like pallets and crates must be heat treated and marked in accordance with the UN-implemented restrictions to prevent the spread of invasive species. Military packaging and marking is required per Mil-STD-2073-1, and shipping container markings must follow Mil-STD-129. Additional requirements specify no packaging data for two items, while one item requires Mil-STD-2073-1 packaging but notes no packaging is currently available. Repair and replacement services are solicited for the three signal distribution panel/circuit card national stock numbers listed. The solicitation is issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center, and the repair work will be sole sourced to Lockheed Martin as data rights and specifications are proprietary.
