About this file
This document is a Single Source Justification for Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) for a Medbridge subscription requirement. The VA conducted market research and determined that this will be a sole source procurement, as Medbridge does not have any authorized distributors and the VA Rule of Two and SBA Rule of Two cannot be met. The justification states that the requirement cannot be satisfied through Best in Class contracting. The Contracting Officer has certified the justification in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). The related federal contract opportunity is a Special Notice for an intent to sole source, RFQ, and sole source justification for a Medbridge subscription requirement for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 10.
