Scope of Work
Contractor shall provide for and furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, certificates, insurance, temporary protection, and other items designated under the provisions of this contract for the EHRM Training and Admin Space Support, Project# 585-21-703, at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center Located in Iron Mountain, Michigan as outlined in the contract specifications and as shown on the contract drawings. The work involves renovation of approximately 3,300 square feet to the first floor of Building 6 (demo, new construction, finishes), communication infrastructure (fiberoptic, new data outlets, patch panels, upgrade to Cat 6A cable) in the building as necessary, physical security upgrades and hazardous material abatement for Building 6. Installation shall be as outlined in the contract specifications and as shown on the drawings.

Period of Performance will be 240 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP)
