About this file
This document comprises submission standards for the Ohio Attorney General's Office (AGO) Quick Quote process, governing supplier responses for state and local contract opportunities. The AGO is requesting quotes for Palo Alto tools, requiring suppliers to submit PDF quotes along with all relevant terms, conditions, and end-user license agreements (EULAs). Bidders must include an estimated delivery timeframe upon award of a purchase order and should allow a minimum of 30 days for AGO review and purchase order creation. Submissions must comply with all Quick Quote Standards and Instructions, with non-compliant submissions subject to rejection.
The AGO reserves the right to reject any submission not in its best interest and may decline to do business with any responding supplier or cancel the Quick Quote at its sole discretion. If suppliers offer goods or services under an existing State Contract (such as STS or MMA), the submission must include the contract number and expiration date; the AGO may provide preference to state contract vendors even if their pricing exceeds non-contract responses. All procurement activities are governed by Ohio law, and performance is contingent upon appropriated funds as specified in ORC 126.07. Supplier employees, subcontractors, and subcontractor employees are subject to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation's Visitor and Non-FOP AGO Employee DNA Sample Collection protocol. The AGO does not recognize unilateral "click-through," "shrink-wrap," or "browse-wrap" terms unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
