The solicitation intends to award multiple lots of utility supply materials to two vendors: GRESCO UTILITY SUPPLY, INC. (awarded lot #1, lot #6, and lot #8) and ANIXTER INC. (awarded lot #2, lot #3, lot #4, lot #5, lot #7, lot #9, and lot #10). The notice is dated April 17, 2019, and indicates that the award is subject to final board approval, with no legal or equitable rights established until a formal contract is executed.

KUA reserves the right to proceed with the next lowest responsive and responsible bidder, reject all bids, cancel the solicitation, or re-solicit at a later time. The notice also includes a protest procedure, allowing any adversely affected party to file a written notice of protest within 72 hours (excluding weekends and legal holidays) after the posting of KUA's decision, with the requirement to contact Procurement Services Division personnel for comprehensive written protest procedures prior to filing.
