Statement of Work (SOW) For
60MXS/MXMCE
Stationary On Demand Nitrogen Generation System
Background: The 60th MXS Electrical and Environmental section has a requirement for maintaining Liquid Oxygen carts, servicing and purging Patient Therapeutic liquid oxygen converters (NPTLOX), Liquid Nitrogen Trucks, C-5 and C17 escape slide and raft bottles using gaseous nitrogen.
Description: The contractor will provide all necessary tools, parts, labor, training, logistics, and personnel to deliver, assemble/configure, and commission a stationary on-demand nitrogen generation system. The system must meet the following minimum specifications:

Type 1, Grades A or B, Class 1 of A A 59503,MUST be Oil Free 99.5% N2 purity minimum 30 SCFM continuous delivery of Nitrogen @ 99.5% purity On board storage bottles totaling 900+ SCF @ 5000 PSI with 99.5% purity minimum Low Pressure 0 400PSIG High Pressure 400 5000PSIG 480VAC/3phase 60Hz System must include a operators panel w/ 2 gauged outlets (one for low pressure & one for high pressure) System must include on board purity analyzer System must include touch screen interface with fault logs and troubleshooting aid System must include High Pressure hoses rated 8,000PSI or hose strength that exceeds that of the max machine pressure. Note:
length/quantity will be determined at commissioning and hooked up by supplier to plumb into system components as necessary for operable use.
Machine will be enclosed in a housing to protect from normal inclement weather for zip code 94535 (i.e. rain/wind/hail) Machine will have 2 side forklift pockets Initial Training/Assembly/Commissioning for/of Nitrogen Generation
System All Technical & Owners/Users/Operators manuals will be included
Period of Performance: 210 Days (30 Weeks)
Special requirements: All parts and labor must be warrantied for at least 2 years. Installation/assembly must be warrantied for at least 1 year from date of government acceptance.
Training: Train all Electrical & Environmental technicians on the setup, use, inspection, and maintenance for the Stationary On-Demand Nitrogen Generation System.
Shipping: Shipping to 310 Boyles Street (Building 819 south side), Travis AFB, CA 94534. Location might change, but will still be on Travis AFB due to moving facilities.
