About this file

This document is an Award and Justification Notice for a sole source contract awarded to the National Collegiate Inventors & Innovators Alliance, Inc. The contract, valued at $480,000, is for support of the I-Corps at NIH program and the NIH Entrepreneurship program. The sole source justification cites the specialized expertise of the selected contractor, high administrative costs, and high-risk elements that precluded a competitive procurement. The contract was awarded on September 13, 2024 under a firm-fixed-price arrangement.

Award Date: September 13, 2024

Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price

Total Contract Value: $480,000.00

Description of Requirement:

This notice is to inform the public of the award of a sole source contract for support for the I-Corps at

NIH program and the NIH Entrepreneurship. The requirement was fulfilled using the authority of FAR

6.302-1, which permits sole source acquisitions when the item or service is available only from a single source.
