b. Provide Contractor Expectations for Wellness checks

c. Convey to Contractor/Consultant the requirements per the location plans for non-ARS employee to be onsite

d. Outline “Social Distancing” expectation

e. Decontamination of Space the contractor occupied

f. Hygiene, Face Covers and other PPE while on site

g. Comply with all State and Local requirements for out of Area/State visitors.

19. Contractor Responsibilities (includes all subs) to be onsite:

a. Meet all State or Local Guidelines for Work activities and entry to the State

b. Provide ARS COR with Documentation including redacted test results for staff/workers entering from a designated High-Risk State.

c. Submit a Social Distancing Plan as part of the “Site Safety Plan.”

d. Ensure all employees comply with PPE requirements including Face Covers

e. Complete and document a daily “Wellness Check of employees onsite daily”

f. Notify ARS immediately of any Wellness failures – symptomatic or COVID19+

g. Complete daily check-ins and records of where and when workers are on the property including contact information for 30 days beyond the last onsite dates.
