3.0 Project Requirements: The H-60 Alignment Repair Fixture is used to identify the physical location of existing components and determine the accuracy of newly installed components on HH-60/UH-60/SH-60 helicopters by utilizing laser tracking software and accurately measure the aircraft alignment, record alignment accuracies, and generate alignment reports to ensure that proper repairs are performed on H-60 type helicopters.

Prior to disassembly and removal Contractor shall confirm alignment is in accordance with blueprint specifications and verify functionality per blueprint intent of the H-60 Fixture Disassembly of the H-60 Fixture shall be in a manner that will not jeopardize the structure or capability of the fixture. The contractor shall use their own forklifts, cranes, and hand tools for the disassembly of the fixture. All tools shall be inventoried at the arrival to FRCSW by the Designated Governemnt Representaitve (DGR) and at the end of the project. Contractor shall provide their own tools, hand tools, and forklifts for the disassembly and re-assembly of the fixture. After disassembly contractor shall load on to a truck(s) for transport a distance of 1.5 miles to new location.
