STATEMENT OF WORK
FOR PROCESS DASHBOARD
PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT
1.0 SCOPE
This statement of work (SOW) defines the tasks for improvement and modernization of the Process Dashboard tools and training materials.
2.0 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS
There are no applicable documents
3.0 REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Perform modification to the Team Process Dashboard Tool to fully incorporate evolving user requirements as requested and authorized by the customer.
3.2 Perform technical analysis and provide recommendations of detailed user requirement statements that request modification and enhancements of the Team Process Dashboard Tool.
3.3 Provide technical consultation to the user community on potential software architecture and design alternatives to modify the elements of the Team Process Dashboard Tool.
3.4 Perform modification to the Team Process Dashboard Tool to address software defects as requested and authorized by the customer.
3.5 Provide any orientation and training, as necessary, to facilitate effective and efficient utilization of the Team Process Dashboard Tool by the key user representatives.
3.6 Provide on-call support, via telephone and email, for questions and issues encountered by users of the Team Process Dashboard Tool.
4.0 GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED PROPERTY
All Government furnished information is the property of the U.S. Government and shall not be transferred to any individual or agency public or private without the express written approval of the Contracting Officer, except as required for the specific performance of task under this order.
5.0 GENERAL
5.1 Travel
Contractor travel from Contractor’s facility to Government worksites is estimated to be no more than two trips, for one person, for the period of performance of this work. Emergent travel will be coordinated with the Technical Point of Contact and the Contracting Officer prior to travel, by e-mail with the purpose of travel, Government Point of Contact, number of persons traveling, location, estimated duration, and estimated cost. The contractor shall provide trip reports 5 days after completion of travel which shall include purpose, outcome, issues, action items, open items and recommendations (A001).
6.0 DATA DELIVERABLES
Work completed by the contractor will require delivery in various forms, such as technical reports, drawings, information gathering/sorting/transfer techniques, implementation processes; these examples are descriptive rather than all inclusive. Contractor shall exploit and implement new technologies in moving toward a paperless environment, in compliance with all acquisition reform changes. Deliverables may be required in printed, digital media, or via wire/wireless means of communications. It is expected that delivery requirements will shift toward a total electronic medium for transfer and sharing of information during the course of this contract. The contractor shall provide access to all available data, incidental to this contract and shall be provided to the Government for review upon the Government's request. The contractor is responsible for ensuring compliance with all copyright laws and appropriate marking of copyrighted data, including obtaining permission for use and reproduction by the Government. Data developed for this contract shall be unclassified.
